About the event
In this workshop, you will:
-Learn how to process a pig for sausage from dispatch to vaccum seal/cooking. This is not a demonstration- you will participate. Each step is taught intentionally and methodically in small class size, so that you leave with practical skills & the confidence to process your own animals responsibly.
-Connect with community and the land we are blessed to steward
-Share numerous meals together as we process the pigs
-Take home roughly 10lbs freshly processed pork sausage
